Congrats to Matthew Parriott!
Matthew is the winner of our first social media contest by sharing on Instagram how agriculture made his Fourth of July magical. His prize? A gift box of delicious All Vol Cheese produced by UT's Department of Food Science and Technology through a partnership with Sweetwater Valley Farm. Head on over to Matthew's Instagram to see the winning post and hear his video thank you!

August is National Peach Month!

What better way to celebrate agriculture than a fresh-baked peach cobbler or a few perfectly ripe peach slices? Georgia may have the fame of the Peach State, but Tennessee has a few of its own orchards. Check Pick TN Products' website to find farm-fresh peaches near you. And keep your eye out on Twitter and Facebook for peach-related stories or recipes to pop up throughout the month.

Share your own peach creations on Instagram with the post and hashtag below.
